Egg Collection

KXD egg collection systems play an important role in successful layer management. Investing in proper egg collection pays off in many ways. From collection to handling, our systems will help you with your egg farming needs.

Elevator System

The elevator transfers eggs onto the elevator chain in a set pattern.This is to ensure that no eggs are trans-ferred onto already occupied steps.

If a barn houses birds of different age groups, the elevators can also be used to collect eggs per row or per flock. In order to match the conveying capacity and the laying performance, we recommend separately actuating egg belts and elevator chains.

With the elevator, dosing wheels transport the eggs onto the elevator chain, from where they are moved down-wards to the lower sliding grille.

Accumalator

Egg loading unit transports the eggs towards the weighing part, the shape of rollers have been specially designed, that make sure the eggs align automatically, so as to guarantee all the eggs enter the egg washer in good order. It can connect egg belt directly.

Candling

Candler with LED light source has been installed on the roller of machine to help operators to check whether there is any damage of eggs. For example eggs with cracks, eggs with black core, eggs having gone bad can be selected out by hand.

Disinfectant Dispenser

There is a bottle that have disinfectant(customers should prepare disinfectant or others by themselves), the disinfectant will spray on the eggs.

Washing & Drying

There are specially designed brush in this type of egg cleaning machine, eggs will be washed by the brushes with warm water. Water on the eggs shell will be swiped off by the washing part brush, and at same time eggs will be dried by strong heated wind generated by drying fan.

Electric Egg Grader

Eggs of different weight fall down onto to different lanes of the electronic egg grader. Alternatively some enter egg collecting belt, some enter egg collecting table, some enter automatic egg pack.

Automatic Packer

At last, eggs will be packed into egg tray automatically by egg packing machine.

Lamp in Cages

The luminance of the LED light can be adjusted to meet the demand of the different day old bird.

Conveyor Manure Belt

PP conveyor belt with unique properties: high tensile strength, impact resistance, corrosion resistant, low-temperature resistant (can work in -50 degree centigrade), good toughness , low friction, which can adapt to various working environment abroad.

The PP conveyor belt Many poultry farms have this conveyor manure belt at home and can bear more than 230 kilos poultry manure per square meter.

A good smooth treatment, low friction, complete washing clean and no waste which can control breeding environment. The frosted surface can increase the friction between drive stroll and the conveyor belt, lower the coeffcient of slip-resistance and control deviation
